The Session
Founded in 1905, The Magic Circle is one of the world’s oldest and most esteemed societies for the promotion of the art of magic.
In this special session, President of The Magic Circle, Megan Swann, invites delegates into the innovative world of magicians past and present, as she delves into some of the remarkable creations magical minds have been responsible for, going far beyond using magic purely for entertainment. Finally, Megan will perform some of her own unique environmental magic.

MEGAN SWANN, President, The Magic Circle
Megan is the first woman and youngest ever person elected to lead the world famous society for magicians. Megan learned much of her craft growing up through The Magic Circle’s Young Magician’s Club, and is a regular performer at their headquarters in Euston. She is also passionate about nature, and since studying a wildlife conservation degree, combines her knowledge and performance skills to share environmental messages in an innovative, engaging and inspiring way.
