KQ Interview: New Diorama Theatre celebrates their 10th anniversary

New Diorama opened 10 years ago with a mission to develop and support early and mid-career theatre companies and ensembles. To date, the theatre has welcomed over 200,000 audience members to productions by the best theatre companies making work in the UK today.

The Alan Turing Institute Announces First Chief Scientist

The Alan Turing Institutes is delighted to announce Professor Mark Girolami as its first Chief Scientist. This newly created role comes at a critical moment for UK science and technology, following the UK government’s first ever National AI Strategy which was launched just under a week ago.

Camden Council to receive £86M to build new council homes

As part of the Mayor of London’s Affordable Housing Programme, Camden Council has been awarded £86.4M funding to build over 550 new council homes. The new homes will be delivered as part of the The Community Investment Programme (CIP) which aims to invest over £1 billion in schools, homes and community facilities in Camden over the next 15 years.

Knowledge Quarter publishes new research about changing patterns of work

The Knowledge Quarter has published a research report about changes to working patterns from a survey of over 500 people who work in the Knowledge Quarter area. Almost 1 in 4 young staff members are considering moving out of London and more than 1 in 10 already have.
