The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining is a membership organisation based in central London. Their members and similar organisation choose the IOM3 venue to hold meetings, conferences and events on a daily basis.

The Facilities Manager based at IOM3’s main office in London will lead the Facilities Team to deliver a safe, effective and enjoyable environment for building users and continually improve working practices and processes to ensure the buildings are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.

IOm3 are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, proactive, knowledgeable person to take manage the team and focus on improving the sustainability of our services and products over the next 12 months. The right candidate will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure and have the ability to understand a wide range of stakeholder needs to adapt your approach where necessary.
