Job Title:	Family and Community Programme Manager
Salary:	£32,000
Time commitment:	Part-time (2 days a week; maternity cover for 9 months)

The British Library is looking to recruit a highly organised and experienced individual to manage the development and delivery of the family and community programme.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working on family and community programmes within the cultural and/or education sectors. The Family and Community Programme Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of events, workshops and projects inspired by the British Library’s collections.

With a deep interest in widening access and participation, as well as up-to-date knowledge of informal education and family learning, the post-holder will scope new programme activities, commission a range of workshop leaders and creative practitioners, and build relationships with the community and external partners to grow the programme.
