The Reading Agency is a charity whose vision is for a world where everyone is reading their way to a better life. They work closely with partners to develop and deliver programmes for people of all ages and backgrounds, from the Summer Reading Challenge for children to Reading Well and Quick Reads for adults.

The Reading Agency is seeking a confident and experienced manager to lead their Health and Wellbeing work. The role will involve being responsible for their reading and health strategy, delivery and partnership work, and managing the Reading Friends and the Reading and Health programme teams.

The successful candidate will be a confident team leader with knowledge, experience and credibility within the health and care, wellbeing and/or reading/cultural sectors. They will also have a successful track record of developing sustainable programmes with strong business models.
