Sandra Shakespeare works with organisations to wake up to the power of difference. Sandra has co-produced programmes with artists and diverse audiences across East London, Essex and nationally with The National Archives. International work includes coaching artists from the 2014/15 Asiko International Art School across Mozambique, South Africa, Nigeria and Ethiopia. Sandra is a trustee for Youth Club Archives, including fellowship positions with the Clore Cultural Leadership Programme, and the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (RSA). In 2014 Sandra co-founded Museum Detox: http://museumdetox.com/ a collective network of more than 200 BAME workers from museums and wider cultural and heritage institutions across the UK.
